Baltimore Ravens and PSLs: Marketplace expanded for team's sold-out licenses

With the two New York football teams making news about their respective personal seat licenses (PSL), the Baltimore Ravens more quietly announced their PSL wait list has sold out.

 

Better known as "The List", the Ravens wait list is capped at 3,000 members who pay an initial down payment towards the PSL. In addition to announcing that the team had sold out the wait list positions, they also announced the expansion of the PSL Marketplace to give fans different routes to get licenses.

 

In 2007, the Baltimore Ravens partnered with SeasonTicketRights.com to create the teams official PSL Marketplace for fans to buy and sell their Ravens PSLs. The marketplace now also gives fans the opportunity to buy and sell their positions on the wait list.

 

SeasonTicketRights.com founder Kyle Burks told TicketNews that he believes the feature is the first of its kind and hopes to create more like this one in the future.

 

"Our goal is to create a marketplace for all non-ticket items of value," he said.

 

Burks' company also has exclusive partnerships with other NFL teams including Chicago Bears, Houston Texans and St. Louis Rams.

 

"We are lucky to have such strong demand and want to do what we can to help Ravens fans get the tickets they want, whether they get them directly from the Ravens or from other Ravens fans. Our PSL owners are our top priority, and we are committed to providing an enjoyable experience with the Ravens."

 

Vice president of ticket sales and operations Baker Koppelman said to BaltimoreRavens.com, adding the team is considering adding more spots to the wait list.
